Man Behind This Stunning Gallery
Tucked in Ghitorni, Interstellar – Art Breathing Space showcase elegant art creations and display of art pieces such as lampshades, vases and more. The gallery bridges the gap between the people and the beautiful art world created by artists across the country. The gallery is touted as India’s first material library, an inspiration centre and knowledge hub.
Curated by Iqrut Kataria, the vision behind this stunning art gallery is to promote functionality in art. It’s the place for all those people who believe in art and live for art every day. We spoke exclusively to Iqrut, “Our vision is to create a design space clubbed with an art gallery concept, that not only promotes original artwork but inspires and customises art for all to experience”.
Art Works To Check Out
As you enter the space, you will be amazed by the entire setup of the studio. Some of 2D and 3D visual arts, live-size installations and exclusive pieces from the finest designers from around the world have been displayed here. Participating artists include names such as Vishal Joshi, Anjana Kapoor, Ankon Mitra, Maneesha Ahlawat, Gopesh Sethi and many more such talented artists.
You will be stunned by the motion installation at the studio, designed by Vishal Joshi. It is the first automata in India that are exclusively displayed at Interstellar art breathing space. The idea behind this is drawn from nature, and the artist major inspiration comes from their only and is an expert in playing around with metals to display art. We are sure this piece of art will boost for kinetic and mechanical artworks soon!
